Gozo’s leading shopping centre has recently welcomed four new and exciting brands, giving customers even more choice and value. The Duke’s slogan of The Place to Be, is now even more so, with the introduction of these new shops and shopping stalls within the mall.
The brands introduced are MVintage, Perf & Co., Women’s Secret and the vending machine by Lucy make-up store. The Duke’s managing director, Mark Grech said: “We’re delighted to welcome these four brands to The Duke family, offering customers more reasons to visit our location.”
Mvintage, which is already a household name especially on the sister island Malta, is a local designer jewellery brand that owes its success to their unique outlook on jewellery, and the special women behind it. With this new outlet in Gozo, Mvintage currently has five stores on the Maltese Islands. This brand boasts female empowerment, and is built on the foundation of three core values; namely women, family and fashion. The latest Ta’ Pinu collection is a depiction of Gozo’s beauty and heritage, and where else would this be sold at, if not in Gozo’s leading shopping centre?
Perf & Co is a perfumery shop selling high-end original and discounted perfumes and skincare at duty free prices. The list of perfume brands includes Hugo Boss, Versace, Trussardi, Dolce & Gabbana and Paco Rabanne, at discounted prices. They also sell skincare products by Clinique and Estee Lauder.
Women’s Secret, a Spanish brand of underwear, sleepwear, accessories and swimwear for the contemporary woman; a woman who wants to always feel pretty, comfortable and sexy. It is a specialist in the feminine universe, a brand created by and for women which has more than 600 stores in 61 countries. The brand is committed to quality and innovation, and designs new collections made with new generation fabrics. This new outlet is found within Springfield’s shop at The Duke Shopping Mall on Level 1.
Another cool concept which also landed on The Duke’s mall is this one-of-a-kind, and actually the first on the island beauty vending machine. The Lucy team have been working on this innovative project for over a year, and this is demonstrated by the beautiful mural accompanying the machine, which was designed by a local artist. The team ensured they target various aspects, from product selection, payment methods including card and mobile pay to a QR code to scan and obtain product information details. Lucy make-up brand owner, Claire Abela stated “We hope you enjoy purchasing from this machine and hope to create many more around Malta!”
These new brands surely add up to the customers’ visit at The Duke, which is located on Republic Street, in the heart of Victoria, with ample underground parking spaces for free. Other renowned brands located at the The Duke shopping mall include Adidas, Accessorize, Artigli, Bata, Bottega Verde, Bortex, Greens Supermarket, Glamorous, HOG, Maltco Lotteries, Matalan, Original Marines, Promod, Scibble Stationery & Bookshop, Skechers, Springfield, The Designer Outlet, The Model Shop, TKS, United Colours of Benetton.
