**1. Eligibility: **
1.1 The Duke Shopping Ryanair’s Summer Lottery ("Lottery") is open to all individuals who make a purchase of €50 or more from any shop within The Duke Shopping between 15th July - 15th September 2024.
**2. Entry Procedure: **
2.1 To take part in the Lottery, participants must:
- Make a purchase of €50 or more from any shop within The Duke Shopping between 15th July - 15th September 2024
- Deposit a copy of the receipt amounting to an equivalent value, or higher, together with the applicant details (name, surname, phone number, I.D Card) in the designated URN located within the shopping mall.
**3. Lottery Period: **
3.1 The Lottery will run between Monday 15th July and Sunday 15th September 2024.
**4. Prize: **
4.1 Two lucky winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. First winner will be announced on 14th August during the first draw & the second winner will be announced on the 16th September during the second draw.
4.2 Each winner will receive a €250 Ryanair voucher
**5. Winner Selection: **
5.1 The winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on 2 different draws: 14th August & 16th September. The draw shall be supervised by a marketing representative at The Duke Shopping Mall.
5.2 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the copy of the receipt.
**6. Prize Redemption: **
6.1 Each €250 voucher is non-transferable
**7. Publicity: **
7.1 By taking part in the Lottery, participants agree to the use of their name and details for promotional purposes related to the Lottery and Centerparc.
**8. General Conditions: **
8.1 The Duke Shopping reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
8.2 The Duke Shopping reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lottery at any time without any prior notice.
8.3 Participants agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the Lottery.
8.4 Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the lottery.
