Pop-Up Store Event – Terms & Conditions

In anticipation of the Christmas event organised by The Duke Shopping Complex, commencing on the 15th of November and concluding on the 28th of December, the following terms and conditions are set forth:

1. Conflict of Interest

1.1 The Duke Shopping Complex retains the exclusive discretion to approve participation in the event.

1.2 Please note that, in light of potential conflicts of interest, participating brands are not permitted to offer sale products that are already being retailed by tenants of the mall. Breach of this clause may result in the immediate termination of the brand’s participation.

2. Fees & Payments

2.1 A fee for setting up a stand on the premises will be established once The Duke has approved the application.

2.2 The Duke reserves the right to determine whether this fee will be levied as a one-time payment or on a commission basis. The method and terms of payment will be agreed upon with The Duke prior to the commencement of the event and will be made clear to both the lessor and the lessee.

3. Set-Up & Stand Decorations

3.1 The set-up of the stand, as well as any decorations to enhance its aesthetic appeal, shall be the sole responsibility of the brand representative or owner.

3.2 The personnel managing the pop-up store must be representatives or employees of the participating brand/business. The Duke will not provide staff, nor will it assume any responsibility for stands or products that are left unattended.

Conclusion

By agreeing to these terms, brands participating in the Christmas event at The Duke Shopping Complex commit to complying with all stipulated guidelines. The Duke reserves the right to terminate participation in the event should any terms be breached. All participants are encouraged to ensure that their stalls align with the festive atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of the event.

**Ryanair Summer Lottery Terms and Conditions**
Lottery Application: MGA-086-07/2024

**1. Eligibility: **

1.1 The Duke Shopping Ryanair’s Summer Lottery (“Lottery”) is open to all individuals who make a purchase of €50 or more from any shop within The Duke Shopping between 15th July – 15th September 2024.

**2. Entry Procedure: **

2.1 To take part in the Lottery, participants must:

– Make a purchase of €50 or more from any shop within The Duke Shopping between 15th July – 15th September 2024

– Deposit a copy of the receipt amounting to an equivalent value, or higher, together with the applicant details (name, surname, phone number, I.D Card) in the designated URN located within the shopping mall.

**3. Lottery Period: **

3.1 The Lottery will run between Monday 15th July and Sunday 15th September 2024.

**4. Prize: **

4.1 Two lucky winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. First winner will be announced on 14th August during the first draw & the second winner will be announced on the 16th September during the second draw.

4.2 Each winner will receive a €250 Ryanair voucher

**5. Winner Selection: **

5.1 The winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on 2 different draws: 14th August & 16th September. The draw shall be supervised by a marketing representative at The Duke Shopping Mall.

5.2 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the copy of the receipt.

**6. Prize Redemption: **

6.1 Each €250 voucher is non-transferable

**7. Publicity: **

7.1 By taking part in the Lottery, participants agree to the use of their name and details for promotional purposes related to the Lottery and Centerparc.

**8. General Conditions: **

8.1 The Duke Shopping reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

8.2 The Duke Shopping reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lottery at any time without any prior notice.

8.3 Participants agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the Lottery.

8.4 Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the lottery.

This year The Duke Shopping Mall has decided to give something back to the young ones in our community who could use a helping hand.

Community spirit

Under the vision ‘Light Up Someone’s Christmas’, the shopping mall aims to light up children’s’ faces and make their smiles shine. In a collaboration with Children’s Dreams, the shops at The Duke Shopping Mall have taken on board this CSR initiative, encouraging the local community to donate. Any presents, big or small, are welcome and appreciated.

This Christmas initiative has been set up on location with a custom designed and handcrafted box in the form of a Gingerbread House. Everyone is invited to bring new items and gifts in all shapes and sizes, from clothes to toys, nappies to formula, and bottles to vouchers – every little bit helps.
